2022 CLASS Community Heroes Awards Dinner

The 29th Annual Community Heroes Awards Dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Rivers Casino. We hope you will be able to join us in recognizing our 2022 Community Heroes.

Founded in 1951 as a small clinic for families, CLASS has grown to be a major human services provider in Western Pennsylvania and a strong national advocate for disability rights. Today, the agency serves more than 600 individuals, supporting their independence and community involvement.

All of the awardees who will be recognized at Community Living And Support Services (CLASS) 29th Annual Community Heroes Awards Dinner are advocates for inclusive, diverse communities, as demonstrated by their unwavering dedication to all members of the Pittsburgh community. This year’s event will recognize community heroes who have committed to strengthening the community as champions of their causes. They have worked to ensure that all people, regardless of race, gender, ability, or affiliation - can participate in their communities. It is not just their work or their organizations that we are celebrating; it is the inclusive communities they support.
